With a focus on natural materials and versatility, Lüks works with small family ateliers and master weavers in Turkey, using gentle, centuries-old craft to create hand loomed textiles woven from locally grown, spun, and OEKO TEX certified cotton.

New in for Spring/Summer 2020, the Mete Peshtemal is a super lightweight and endlessly versatile textile, in a beautiful contemporary colourway. Made from super soft cotton that has met the OEKO TEX Standard 100 (one of the world’s best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances), it can be used as a towel, scarf or sarong.

This peshtemal has been gently hand-woven by master ateliers in Turkey using wooden shuttle looms, and works really well in modern rustic, boho, scandi and coastal interiors.

Folding or rolling down small, it’s also great for travel, taking up minimal space in your carry-on or case.
