Sammy grape leather vegan leather trainers are classic and timeless. They will carry you comfortably through the day. The grape leather, also known as “wine leather”, is water-repellent, easy to clean, and hard-wearing.  Pair Sammy with casual blue jeans, in spring and summer they also go great with cuffed trousers.

These vegan trainers come with two different laces: all white or checkered. The checkered laces add a strong fashion accent and make the trainers real eye-catchers. If that’s too much for you, you can wear the white laces as a more classic version.

For the production of the “wine leather”, a process for upgrading wine waste was developed in cooperation with Italian wineries: grape marc, which is composed of grape skins, stems, and seeds that are discarded during wine production. No toxic solvents, heavy metals, or substances hazardous to humans or the environment are used in the production process.

Sammy’s carbon footprint is a climate-friendly 5 ±1 kgCO2eq according to the open data platform Carbonfact. That is about 65% less CO2 emissions compared to the sneaker industry average!
