Norm 1L11-02 Recycled PET 3D-Knit Vegan Trainer | Sandstorm Beige

The 1L11-02 is the second unisex sneaker designed by NORM. It is the result of 3 years of research and development and created from 90% recycled materials. Made of a single piece upper construction, it is completely reviewed for this version. The 1L11-02 has an improved fit & a thicker 3D-knit for more support and comfort.

Materials

Norm uses Ecoantex® or Newlife® yarns to make their uppers, insoles cover, labels, ribbons, laces and for the assembly. They are made by Antex in Spain and Sinterama in Italy from 100% recycled post-consumer PET bottles. 

Norm outsoles are made from ECORUBBER®, made by Bolflex in Portugal, which is 70% recycled and 30% Natural and fair-trade rubber. Outsoles are 100% recyclable.

SIZING: Norm shoes are manufactured in European sizes.

4th Norm | Impact
They do everything in their power to reduce their impact on the environment. Unfortunately, it’s not enough to be carbon neutral. So they’ve come up with solutions to compensate for their footprint, and have started planting trees and rebuilding ecosystems.

Thanks to their knitting technology, the single piece upper construction made from 6 plastic bottles enables the reduction of material waste by 65%, and offers optimal comfort.

NORM sneakers are consciously assembled in Portugal, with two trees are planted for each pair sold.
